ABOUT ELIZABETH

Elizabeth Rentfro (AEA) is a Chicago-based actor and composer.

She received her MLitt and MFA in Acting from The American Shakespeare Center and has since been performing, composing, and music directing in Chicago and beyond.

She is a current ensemble member and former resident music director for Chicago company, Midsommer Flight, composing and recording several productions and albums with them.

She was an original cast member of Drunk Shakespeare Chicago where she performed over 400 times.

She is the co-founder and director of Staging Change Chicago, an artist collective dedicated to the uplifting of BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ voices.
